The Service Manager is terrible, he is not aware of the work of his team, he has no idea about the cars or their parts. Apart from being a liar with parts he never asked for, lack of integrity. Apologies don't fix things. I think they should hire trained personnel, perhaps they don't even have basic studies in cars.

Terrible service, they schedule a time for you and then make you wait until whatever time they want, so to come pick up your vehicle you must have the time in the world. They should have better organization regarding the staff they have and the time it takes to perform each service, the more it seems that they saturate the services and waste the clients' time. But yes, at closing time they are very punctual.
